The organisation was immaculate, the venues and guides outstanding, all was done with professionalism behind the scenes and having you along was an added bonus. Your knowledge and charm added hugely to everyone’s enjoyment of the food, wine and culture of the Basque region, a true Ambassador. Hola Nicolas! Everything went perfect! Jone was very helpful and flexible as I needed to make adjustments in timings etc along the way, as always…. 🙂 She was a great asset! Restaurant choices were also very good. We enjoyed especially the Monday evening in the old town. Very cosy, personal and great service and food. Arzak was an experience for sure!
